Zusammenfassung

EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to lead LEAN improvement initiatives across our operations and support teams. You will map current and future processes, identify waste, and drive standard work to ensure lasting improvements while collaborating with data teams to explore automation or AI opportunities.

You will engage stakeholders from frontline staff to senior leaders, track benefits, and report progress.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience applying LEAN principles in an operational environment.
• Proven skill in process mapping and value stream mapping, including facilitating workshops.
• Practical experience running FMEA and acting on the results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through to implementation and benefits tracking.
• Spot waste, bottlenecks and variation in processes; recommend practical solutions.
• Embed standard work so improvements stick and can be repeated.
• Identify processes suitable for automation or AI and work with Data Engineering to assess feasibility.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps (SIPOC and swimlane maps).
• Develop value stream maps showing value-added vs non-value-added activities and lead times.
• Use data and time studies to quantify opportunities.
• Run FMEA to identify risks and track corrective actions with owners.
• Support audit programs by identifying recurring failures and root causes.
• Engage and influence stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leaders.
• Report on project progress and benefits delivered.
