Frontline Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Leading Hand / Site Supervisor for a permanent role based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Sutherland Shire. Salary ranges AUD 100,000–120,000 per year.

Hands-on carpentry experience and strong communication are essential to coordinate with clients and site representatives. You will manage day-to-day operations, read plans, coordinate trades, and drive safety and quality on residential projects.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Sutherland Shire regions of Sydney, New South Wales,this role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.You'll bring hands-on expertise and strong communication skills to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with clients and site representatives.

• $100,000 to $120,000 per annum, permanent position
• Hands-on Leading hand to move into Site Supervisor

About you & Qualifications

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Proven experience as a carpenter within residential construction
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or willingness to step into a leadership role
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to coordinate trades and work effectively within a team
• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• White Card and full Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence.
