Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to advance into a Site Foreman role on a high-end residential renovation on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Stay hands-on while coordinating trades and supervising subcontractors to keep the project on programme.

Ideal candidates will have a strong carpentry background, experience in coordinating trades, and excellent communication to lead by example within an experienced team. This is a pathway to long-term site leadership.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong residential experience.
• Experience coordinating trades or supervising on-site activity.
• Ability to lead by example while remaining hands-on.

Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for the opportunity to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-quality residential project on Sydney's Northern Beaches, working on a high-end renovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong carpentry background who has already had some exposure to coordinating trades, managing subcontractors or assisting with site supervision and is now ready to step up into a more senior role.
