Job summary

Evolve Talent is seeking an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-end residential renovation on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The role remains hands-on while stepping up into Site Foreman responsibilities, coordinating trades and supervising on site.

You should be trade-qualified with strong communication and organisational skills, able to lead by example and keep works on plan with the project team and builder, ensuring quality workmanship and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong residential construction experience.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects or renovations.
• Some exposure to coordinating and managing trades.
• Looking to take the next step towards a Site Foreman position.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to lead by example while remaining hands-on.

Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for the opportunity to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand to join a high-quality residential project on Sydney's Northern Beaches, working on a high‑end renovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong carpentry background who has already had some exposure to coordinating trades, managing subcontractors or assisting with site supervision and is now ready to step up into a more senior role.
