Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to oversee 15–20 builds across Western and South West Sydney. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and ensure safety and quality across all projects.

Ideal candidates have a Cert III in Carpentry or Bricklaying, strong organisation, and a proven ability to drive projects on schedule within a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Carpentry or Bricklaying is mandatory.
• Certificate IV in Building & Construction is preferred.
• Extensive residential construction experience.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 15–20 residential builds simultaneously.

• Coordinate trades, suppliers, clients and internal teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship.

Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who knows how to keep multiple builds moving, manage trades and maintain high construction standards?

Our client is looking for a motivated and process-driven Site Supervisor to join their team and take responsibility for 15–20 residential builds across Western and South West Sydney.

This is a very process-driven role and will suit someone who is organised, motivated and takes pride in following systems, maintaining standards and keeping projects on track.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee 15–20 residential builds simultaneously
• Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, clients and internal teams
• Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship
• Ensure sites meet safety, compliance and building requirements

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable managing a high-volume residential workload.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Residential Site Supervisor / Building Supervisor
• Experience managing multiple residential builds at the same time
• MUST HAVE a Cert III in Carpentry or Bricklaying
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
• A genuine passion for residential construction
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong determination and motivation to get the job done
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A solid understanding of building compliance, safety and quality requirements
• Good computer skills and confidence using construction/site management systems
• The ability to follow processes and systems consistently
• Strong communication skills with trades, clients and internal teams
• The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Qualifications
