Cornerstone Partners is working with one of Sydney's leading high-end residential builders to recruit an experienced Carpentry Leading Hand / Foreman for a $25m architectural residential project on the Lower North Shore.
You'll be joining an established project team delivering an exceptionally high-calibre Class 1 residence for a builder renowned for complex, highly detailed projects across Sydney.

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager & wider project team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, including:

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors on site
• Supervising day-to-day construction activities
• Driving quality and attention to detail
• Assisting with sequencing and short-term programming
• Maintaining high WHS standards
• Reading and working from detailed architectural documentation
• Resolving day-to-day site issues
• Leading by example and supporting the wider site team
