Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Maintenance Leading Hand to join our mining team. You will lead daily performance, ensure plan compliance, and drive quality across the project.

This role focuses on safety, developing your team, coordinating resources, and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement on site. At Macmahon, you’ll work with experienced professionals and have opportunities to grow your scope and career.
