Macmahon is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead mobile maintenance across site in Western Australia. You will coordinate maintenance teams, optimise reliability and safety, and partner with operations, planning and procurement to implement maintenance strategies for the fleet.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead and coordinate mobile maintenance activities across site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll provide operational leadership to maintenance teams while ensuring equipment availability, reliability and safety targets are consistently achieved.

You'll work closely with operations, planning and procurement teams to deliver maintenance strategies, optimise equipment performance and support continuous improvement across the fleet.
