Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a maintenance technician for the Telfer project in Western Australia. You will service and repair mobile plant, uphold safety standards and support site operations to maximise equipment availability.

You’ll work within a dedicated team on a 2:1 FIFO roster, with a focus on safe, efficient operation and continuous improvement. A current C class license and commitment to safety are essential.

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within mine site environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed.
• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.

• Refilling fuel, oil and waters tanks on machinery.
• Machinery operations and restocking.
• Carrying out additional site duties to support overall mining operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for machinery upkeep, safety compliance and optimizing operational efficiency. You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant across our Telfer Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.
