Your Role

Whether you're joining us as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in launching our new store, creating exceptional customer experiences and inspiring your team to deliver operational excellence.

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards

• Ensure stock, merchandising, compliance and store presentation reflect the Koko Black brand
• Bring our passion for premium chocolate and exceptional service to life for every customer

About You

You’ll Bring

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or premium customer service
• A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results
• A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
• Energy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-new store
• Confidence working in a busy, high-traffic retail environment
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
• Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base
