Job summary

Randstad Pty is recruiting an Assistant Director of Service Design to lead key initiatives within the federal disability sector. This EL1 role directs operational coordination, manages intake, prioritisation, and resource allocation while leading APS6 personnel and contractors.

You will work under broad direction to deliver human-centered outcomes, navigate SAP CRM and PACE, and contribute to governance and reporting to senior leadership. Commencing in January 2027, day rate of $602.55 + Super.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and contractors and improving performance.
• Ability to develop staff and prepare for future duties.
• Strong capability to manage intake, triage, prioritisation, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow intake and resource allocation to ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on participant risks and safeguarding.
• Deliver strategic reporting to senior leadership and NDIA oversight.
