Job summary

The EQ Hotel is seeking a professional Security Supervisor to join ahead of Perth's newest luxury hotel opening. You will support the Security Manager, supervise officers, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

This role requires a current WA Security Officer Licence, strong leadership, and calm decision-making under pressure. You will coordinate patrols, monitor CCTV and access control, and report incidents with clear handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Security Officer or Security Supervisor in hotel/hospitality.
• WA Security Officer Licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and incident-reporting skills with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers during each shift and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and access-control systems and report issues.
• Conduct regular patrols of public and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professional discretion.
• Maintain secure guest, visitor and contractor access and accurate logs.
