Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking a Security Ranger Supervisor to lead frontline Security Rangers, coordinate shifts and incidents, and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service across Sydney locations.

You will direct day-to-day operations, deliver briefs, manage access control and security technology, and act as a first responder to incidents, ensuring safety for visitors and staff 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a security supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to lead and coordinate frontline teams.
• Strong operational judgement and calm under pressure.
• Customer service focus and confidence engaging with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.
• Professional presentation and reliability.
• Comfort with technology and security systems.
• Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate frontline Security Rangers during daily operations
• Prepare operational shift briefs and conduct effective pre-shift team briefings
• Allocate and coordinate resources to support operational requirements
• Provide clear direction and leadership during incidents, emergencies and other operational situations
• Deliver professional customer service and visitor engagement
• Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols to protect people, property and assets

NSW Class 1A Security Licence
