ACESGroup is seeking a Security Contract Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across portfolios, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves leading frontline teams, rostering, and using advanced platforms to drive service delivery.

You will guide supervisors, manage security operations, and respond to issues after hours, contributing to continuous improvement and high standards across NSW venues and events.

Formación

• Experience managing security operations in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Ability to balance client expectations with operational requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment with a commitment to high-quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Lead and mentor security teams across sites.
• Ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and per client expectations.
• Oversee security operations including access control, crowd management and event activity.
• Coach and develop supervisors and security personnel to high performance.
• Monitor performance, quality and compliance across responsibilities.
• Assist with rostering and workforce planning.
• Provide after-hours support when required.
• Utilise ACESGroup platforms to enhance reporting and visibility.
• Ensure reporting and compliance standards are met.
