Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking a Security Ranger Supervisor to lead frontline Rangers in Sydney, coordinating shift operations and providing direction. You will respond to incidents, monitor security technology, and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for visitors.

The role requires supervising teams, conducting briefings, and maintaining high operational standards while delivering exceptional customer service and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a security supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate frontline Security Rangers during daily operations.
• Prepare shift briefs and conduct pre‑shift briefings.
• Allocate resources to support operations and respond to incidents.
• Act as first responder to incidents and emergencies and monitor security systems.
• Deliver professional customer service and visitor engagement.
• Complete incident reports and maintain security documentation.
