Enertia Talent in Australia is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS and HV substation projects, from planning through construction, commissioning and handover. You will manage project teams, subcontractors and site resources to achieve delivery objectives.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, procurement and risk management, with coordination of civil, electrical, and commissioning activities while maintaining strong client and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering utility-scale BESS and HV/EHV projects through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement and commercial risk.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project engineers, technical specialists and site teams while managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS and HV substation projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate Project Engineers, SME engineers and site resources to achieve delivery objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, construction and commissioning teams, resolving technical and delivery issues.
• Oversee procurement, cost forecasting and commercial performance with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
