Enertia Talent is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS and HV substation projects in Sydney. You will oversee planning, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating Project Engineers, SME engineers and site resources to meet delivery objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Electrical Engineering degree with proven PM experience across budgets, schedules, procurement and risk, and a strong ability to manage client and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering utility-scale BESS and HV/EHV substation projects.
• Experience leading engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong budgets, schedules, procurement and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BESS and HV substation projects from planning to handover.
• Direct Project Engineers, SME engineers and site resources.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, construction and commissioning teams.
• Oversee procurement, cost forecasting and commercial performance.
