Qualificações

• Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement school priorities and literacy/numeracy across the curriculum.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor learning data and drive school improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for engaging students, staff and families.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage whole‑school improvement initiatives aligned to the strategic plan.
• Coordinate staff and models of practice through coaching, mentoring and professional learning.
• Lead curriculum development in a major learning area and support cross‑curricular priorities.
• Support staff performance, development reviews and professional growth.
• Contribute to policy development and school council considerations.
