Bemin Secondary College, part of the Victorian Government education system, invites applications for a Leading Teacher – Junior School. You will lead a team of teachers, coordinate across Junior and Senior campuses, and drive high expectations and inclusive learning cultures to support student's wellbeing and achievement.

Role requires strong leadership, collaboration, data literacy and commitment to equity.

Formación

• Registered teacher with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Ability to lead and manage whole-school improvements and literacy/numeracy initiatives.
• Experience in guiding teachers and coordinating cross-campus programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and build the capacity of coordinators and teachers to create a safe, inclusive and respectful senior/junior school learning community.
• Establish consistent expectations for behaviour, participation, and effort across the Junior School.
• Lead data collection and analysis using Panorama, NAPLAN and PAT to drive improvement in engagement and learning outcomes.
• Lead professional learning and collaborate with the Principal and Sub-school leaders to implement SWPBS practices.
• Coordinate across campuses to ensure consistency of curriculum delivery and school priorities.
