Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending, credit risk, or lending policy.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into policy and process improvements.
• Experience with policy and business rule development.

Responsibilities

• Review credit policies and business rules to improve automated decisioning.
• Translate analytics into practical policy and operational changes.
• Support decision engine and automation initiatives.
