Commonwealth Bank is building an early-stage People Capability Automation team in Sydney to explore how analytics, AI and intelligent automation can transform fraud and scams QA. You’ll join a foundational team reporting to the People Capability Automation Lead, shaping the capability and deploying agentic AI-driven quality assurance solutions.

You’ll work with Fraud Analytics, Operations, Technology and Risk teams, applying LLMs, AI workflows and data-driven evaluation to automate and improve

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on analytics with SQL and Python for extracting, preparing, analyzing and interpreting complex data.
• Experience applying classification, predictive analytics, statistical modeling or ML to real-world problems.
• Practical experience designing solutions using Generative AI and LLMs, not just consuming tools.
• Experience developing agentic or multi-step AI workflows with orchestration, reasoning and tool use.
• Familiarity with NLP, conversation analytics or LLMs to extract insights from unstructured text.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, reliability and reducing hallucinations.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks like Copilot Studio, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen would be highly valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic AI solutions that automate and enhance QA across fraud and scams operations.
• Explore how LLMs and intelligent automation can replace or augment manual QA processes.
• Develop multi-step AI workflows that reason across data and coordinate tasks across QA lifecycles.
• Use SQL and Python to analyze customer interactions, case data and operational datasets.
• Apply NLP and ML techniques to classify and evaluate unstructured text and interactions.
• Prototype, test and evaluate new approaches, ensuring reliability and minimising hallucinations.
• Collaborate with Fraud Analytics, QA, Product, Technology and Risk to implement solutions.
