Mantra Lorne, part of Accor, invites an Assistant Manager to lead the Front Office team and orchestrate daily operations along Victoria's coast. You will engage with guests and departments to deliver memorable experiences while sustaining high energy and service standards.

The role offers opportunities to mentor staff, manage rosters, and respond to guest feedback across a large regional conference venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hotel Front Office Operations with leadership roles as Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take the helm and guide the hotel's day-to-day operations with expertise.
• Lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing growth and skills.
• Collaborate with guests, assisting with solutions to challenges that arise.
