Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations with supervisory/manager background.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in reservations and guest account handling.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office team and foster cohesive collaboration with guests and colleagues.
• Address guest issues with creative, timely solutions.
• Recruit, train and mentor Front Office staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and respond to emergencies to protect guests and staff.
• Manage reservations, guest accounts and analysis of reports and data.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures and revenue to drive financial objectives.
