A leading education provider in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join their team. The role involves leading educators, creating engaging learning programs, and ensuring a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a current Blue Card, and have experience in a similar position. The team promotes professional development and a supportive workplace culture, along with 6 weeks of annual leave and daily breakfast provision.

Formación

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Blue Card and valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a Lead Educator role is preferred.
