Edge Early Learning - Administrators Appointed in Wynnum (Brisbane) is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor team members, deliver engaging EYLF-aligned programs and foster strong relationships with children and families.

You will work alongside an experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader to shape a positive centre culture and support continuous quality improvement.

Formación

• Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience.
• Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching: 3-4 years' Educator experience or 2+ years' Lead Educator in Australian long day care.
• Experience leading a room in a long day care setting.
• Confidence mentoring other educators.
• Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF.
• Passion for creating engaging learning environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children's Services Employee Level 4+)
  OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience

Experience (within a long day care setting)

• Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience.
• Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching: 3-4 years' Educator experience or 2+ years' Lead Educator experience in Australian long day care.
• Experience leading a room in a long day care setting
• Confidence mentoring other educators

Compliance Documentation

• Working with Children Check, mandatory
• National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
• RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA where applicable)
• ACT Child Abuse and Neglect Training (where applicable)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
