Oak Tree Academy – Woodford offers high‑quality early education and care. We are seeking a Lead Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education to deliver a safe, nurturing learning environment and to implement engaging curriculum aligned with EYLF.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team and participate in ongoing professional development. The role includes promoting the service in the local community and ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid CPR and emergency asthma & anaphylaxis training.

Role Requirements

The opportunities have become available for a Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need:

a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

a current and valid Working with Children Check

a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF

an ability to interpret curriculum documents

effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten or studio program.

Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
