Grow Early Education Bridgeman Downs is hiring a Lead Educator to guide a classroom and collaborate with families and staff. You will deliver a high-quality program aligned with EYLF and NQS, while upholding regulatory and center policies.

You will lead learning experiences, document children’s progress, and build strong relationships with the community. A passion for child safety and reflective practice is essential for this role.

Competenze

• Experience in an early childhood setting and preferably leading a room.
• Solid knowledge of the EYLF and the NQS.
• Current blue card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
• Commitment to child safety and documentation of learning.

About your role

• Assisting in leading a classroom by fostering meaningful connections with educators, families, children, and the wider community to deliver a tailored educational program that meets the unique needs of each child.
• Showcasing your sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Upholding the highest standards of compliance with Government Regulations and center policies, ensuring our commitment to quality remains unwavering.
• Building valuable networks with local stakeholders to enrich the community experience.
• Cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with both children and families.
• Contributing to the documentation of children’s skills and interests, employing a continuous cycle of reflective practice.

A little about you

• Certificate III, Diploma qualification in children’s services, as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience in an early childhood setting and preferably leading a room.
• Current blue card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
