Scholars Consulting Pty Ltd – Merrimac QLD is seeking a Lead Educator for Natural Elements Early Learning & Childcare. You will lead a kindergarten/studio program, provide a safe and nurturing environment, and work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children from 6 weeks to school age.

Applicants should have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, current Working with Children Check, and First Aid CPR with emergency training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Working with Children Check (or eligible).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Role Requirements

The opportunity has become available for a Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need:

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• a current and valid Working with Children Check
• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
• effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten or studio program.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
