Green Leaves Early Learning in South Ripley, QLD is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators to greatness, supported by our National Learning, Research, and Development program.

You will access ongoing professional development and a rich resources platform, collaborate to create stimulating learning environments, and benefit from well-supported career growth and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current WWCC and child protection training are required.
• First Aid/ CPR certification (HLTAID012) is required.
• Additional child protection training as specified.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator: guide and mentor a team of Educators to greatness.
• Foster learning through the National Learning, Research, and Development program.
• Provide access to professional development and resources through the NLRDP platform.
• Support wellbeing, inclusion, and development of children.

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, CHCECE057 or GECCKO Training (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
