Scholars Consulting Pty Ltd – Sippy Downs QLD is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to provide a safe, nurturing environment and deliver a high-quality, inclusive program. You’ll work with a collaborative team to support children and families, participate in ongoing professional development, and help promote the service within the local community.

The role requires a Diploma and Cert III in Early Childhood Education, current WWCC, First Aid CPR, emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and

Qualifications

• Diploma and Cert III of Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG.
• Ability to interpret curriculum documents.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program.
