Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland – Townsville QLD is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for the Ryan Kindergarten, offering a permanent 20-hour-per-week position (2:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) with potential to pick up extra shifts. About the position

Ryan Kindergarten is excited to invite a passionate Lead Educator—either Diploma-qualified or working towards their qualification - to join our dynamic team.

This permanent position offers 20 hours per week (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday), commencing as soon as practical, with the potential to pick up additional shifts at the service.

As the Lead Educator for our closing shift, you will guide and mentor fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality learning programs, ensure alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leader to continuously enhance educational practices, daily operational routines, and outcomes for children.
