Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood and School-Aged Care Services – Everton Hills QLD is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator for a full-time role at Peace of Peace Kindergarten. You will work with the Early Childhood Teacher to guide children’s learning within a warm, play-based setting.

You will plan EYLF-aligned programs, support development, relationships, and documentation while contributing to a positive team culture and ongoing quality practice.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved qualification.
• Experience in a Lead Educator role within an Early Childhood setting.
• Understanding of NQF, NQS, and EYLF.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Completed Child Protection Training.

Prince of Peace Lutheran Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a warm and welcoming one-room kindergarten community, we celebrate each child's unique learning journey through a play-based program that encourages exploration, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences. Our caring and experienced team builds strong relationships with children and families, creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and confident to thrive. We work closely with families to support children's growth, development, and successful transition to school.

About the Role

As our Lead Educator, you will work alongside the Early Childhood Teacher to play an integral role in guiding children's learning and development while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Creating meaningful learning experiences that support children's individual strengths, interests, and development.

What You'll Bring

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or another ACECQA-approved qualification.
• Previous experience in a Lead Educator role within an Early Childhood setting.
• Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Completed Child Protection Training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, professional, and reliable approach.
• Must be available to work open and closing shifts
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
