Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Must have a current Blue Card.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming is required.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team, inspiring others.

• Lead curriculum planning and educational programs for children aged 0–5.
• Mentor and support fellow educators.
• Create safe and inspiring learning environments.

We’re looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Learners Early Education Centre.

Location: Inala

Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week

Pay: From $41.05/hr + Super for qualified applicants

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your room with creativity and confidence, inspire your team and create meaningful learning experiences for children.

You will:

• Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs for children aged 0–5
• Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
• Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
• Build genuine relationships with children and families
• Support high‑quality practices and regulatory compliance
