Job summary

Natural Wonders Early Learning is seeking Qualified Educators to join our North Rockhampton team. Our centre emphasises play-based learning within a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to explore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards one).
• A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals who:

• Have a genuine interest in promoting children's learning, development, and well-being.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Drive and motivation to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

• Show initiative, flexibility, and a proactive, professional approach to all tasks.

• Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats.

• Collaborate with the team on unique projects and contribute to our innovative curriculum.

• Work closely with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and Leadership Team.

What You'll Need

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards one).

• Availability to work within our operating hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.
