Job summary

Eden Academy Harris Crossing is seeking a visionary Lead Educator to shape a talented team and spark wonder for young learners. Our high-end, architecturally inspired environment runs from 6:30am to 6:30pm, with space for about 130 children and a steady rotation of premium, age-appropriate resources.

You’ll bring a Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent, a current Working with Children Check, and strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Two professional references (manager/supervisor) required.

About you

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
