Job summary

Eden Academy Mountain Creek is seeking a visionary Lead Educator to shape a talented team and inspire young learners. The role offers a premium environment, open-plan rooms, natural play spaces, and a platform to lead high-quality care.

Your leadership will drive engaging programming, foster inclusive practices, and build strong relationships with families and the local community. The centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, caring for around 125 children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Professional presentation and community relationship skills.
• Two professional references including one from a manager in childcare or education.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
