Eden Academy Ellen Grove is seeking a visionary Lead Educator for our Nursery Room to inspire and guide a dedicated team. You will design engaging programs, promote inclusive leadership, and foster independent, curious learners in a high-end, safety‑conscious setting.

Working from 6:30am to 6:30pm, you’ll collaborate with families and the local community to build strong relationships while ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Two professional references including a manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:
