Job summary

Eden Academy Redbank Plains is seeking a visionary Lead Educator to shape an incredible team and inspire young learners. This role offers an architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity, with open-plan rooms and premium play spaces from 6:30am to 6:30pm for up to 134 children.

You will lead high-quality care, design engaging learning experiences, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights must be satisfied.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager in a childcare/education setting.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 134 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
