Eden Academy Xavier College Two Wells is seeking a Lead Educator to shape a high-quality early learning program in our brand new centre. You’ll lead a passionate team in an architecturally inspired environment with open-plan rooms and premium natural play spaces, designing thoughtful programming that supports children as independent learners.

Our centre operates 6:30am–6:30pm and offers generous above-award rates, childcare discounts up to 50%, funded First Aid and other certifications, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Professional and friendly presentation.
• Ability to build relationships with families and the community.
• Team-first attitude to make a difference.
• Comfort with Catholic identity and Xavier College values.
• Two professional references including a manager/supervisor in childcare/education.

Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6:30am – 6:30pmwe provide the ultimate setting for 141children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
