Job summary

Eden Academy Clyde is seeking a visionary Lead Educator for our Toddler 2 room to guide a dedicated team in a beautiful, purpose-built environment. We operate from 6.30am to 6.30pm to support families, with spaces designed to spark curiosity and strong learning outcomes for our 132 children.

You will design thoughtful programs, mentor staff, and partner with families to nurture independence, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check

• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
