Eden Academy Parafield Gardens is seeking a visionary Lead & Assistant Educator to mentor staff and inspire a world of wonder for our children. Our high-end, light-filled centre supports 108 learners and operates from 7am to 6pm, with premium resources and collaborative teams.

You will lead engaging programming that fosters independence, curiosity and resilience, while building strong relationships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Two professional references, including one from a supervisor.

About you;

• You're an experienced Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You'll Bring:

• A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
