Job summary

Eden Academy Xavier College Two Wells is seeking a visionary Lead Educator to shape an exceptional team and inspire young learners in a high-end centre setting. The role spans 6:30am–6:30pm, with a focus on creating engaging environments and meaningful interactions.

You will lead programming, mentor staff, and build strong partnerships with families and the Xavier College community, supporting a safe, inclusive, faith-aligned childcare experience.

We are looking for a visionary Lead Educator who is ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm we provide the ultimate setting for 141 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring;

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
