Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educational Leader to guide and inspire a centre team, shaping programming and educational excellence. You’ll lead best practice, drive professional growth, and contribute to centre development through the Quality Improvement Plan.

You’ll thrive in Thrive-inspired leadership, with coaching and clear career pathways, while ensuring child safety, accreditation standards, and a superior learning journey for every child.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
• Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable).
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs.
• Drive excellence by establishing teaching goals and leading best early education practices.
• Shape teaching quality across the Guardian network through program development and leadership.
• Contribute to your centre’s development through the Quality Improvement Plan.

Guardian Tarneit Grand Central is a brand-new centre with best in class indoor and outdoor spaces, state of the art resources and an experienced team.

Here’s what you’ll bring:
