Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Nairne is seeking an Educational Leader to join our centre leadership team. You will drive programming, mentor educators, and raise learning outcomes across the room and network.

You will contribute to a strong centre culture, participate in quality improvement, and help implement innovative teaching practices while supporting children’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• National mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO platform
• Terrtiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education ACECQA approved
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration (NSW SA VIC WA)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience in early years sector is desirable
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive programming and lead learning across the centre.
• Support and coach educators to deliver quality learning experiences.
• Set clear goals for teaching and leading best practices.
• Contribute to centre improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to shape resources and practices.

Education

Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved)

Current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework

Working with Children’s Check (valid)

The Centre:

Guardian Nairneis a welcoming centre with spacious, well-designed environments, and a strong connection to the local community, committed to delivering high-quality early learning.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent
