Job summary

Guardian Export Park is seeking an Educational Leader to support educators, strengthen curriculum practice and create meaningful learning experiences for children daily. You will lead with purpose, coach teams, and drive quality improvements across the centre.

You will guide the To BE Me learning program, support assessment and documentation, and help set high teaching standards, contributing to the centre’s ongoing improvement initiatives and a culture of shared learning.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Experience in early childhood education is desirable

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a higher-level qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable
• Valid Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent
