Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educational Leader at our Northcote centre to join a dynamic leadership team making a difference every day. You’ll shape the future of our To BE Me program, empower educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences, and elevate outcomes through regular assessments.

As part of the Thrive framework, you’ll have opportunities for coaching, mentoring, and career pathways within our network, while driving programming and resource development across

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early years sector (desirable)
• Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent
