Guardian Early Learning Group is seeking a Lead Educator across Guardian Childcare & Education centres in Australia. You will lead and support Educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and help deliver innovative early learning programs that spark exploration and play.

You will be building meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring children are supported to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning. Lead Educators are a vital link in supporting Educators and Centre Leadership to develop and implement innovative earlylearning programsthat will set children up for formal schooling and beyond.
