Grow Early Education Bridgeman Downs is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to guide our room to success. This permanent part-time role (3 days per week: Tue, Thu, Fri) offers opportunities to grow with the team in a warm, child‑centric environment.

You will lead learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance. A Diploma in Children's Services (or studying toward), Blue Card, First Aid, and EYLF/NQF knowledge are

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children's Services (or studying toward) as approved by ACECQA.
• Blue Card, First Aid, National Child Safety (GECCKO) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A solid understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
• Ability to lead a classroom and mentor peers.

A little about you:

A Diploma qualification (or studying towards) in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.

Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.

Experience in an early childhood setting.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.

Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
