Job summary

Children First Gympie is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to lead our Pre Kindy room, fostering inclusive, safe and enriching learning environments in our busy centre. You will develop positive relationships with children, families and staff, ensure compliance with health and safety, EYLF and NQF, and provide mentorship to peers while contributing to program writing.

Diploma in Children’s Services with ACECQA approval, Blue Card, and current first aid; experience leading a classroom is

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or studying towards, approved by ACECQA.
• Current Blue Card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Sound understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom and writing educational programs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor peers.

A little about you:

A Diploma qualification (or studying towards) in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
