Job summary

Grow Early Education Darling Heights is seeking dedicated Educators to join our growing team in a permanent part-time or casual capacity. You will help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment and build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

The role requires a Diploma or Cert III in Children’s Services, current blue card and relevant first aid qualifications, plus experience in early childhood and knowledge of EYLF/NQF.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert III qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
